The only thing I can be sure of is that it is not in the Nebraska.

I suspect that the hideous kitschy arcitecture bespeaks a Latin-American origin, but built by a relatively wealthy community, such as in the S. USA or N. Mexico, perhaps even one of the wealthier S. American countries, such as Venezuela.
