GT40 Absolutely! As it's a spit from Mt. Rainier, couldn't resist that one! Snoqualmie is oof fame for a US soap (Twin Peaks????) and for an open-air railway museum. I've visited the falls twice (higher than Niagara) in my little existence and have been suitably impressed.

Well, I could think of at least a dozen places where that could be, in Switzerland alone! I'll rule out the Via Mala and the Gorge du Trient, as it is not deep enough, but the Gorge de l'Orbe has a footpath similar to that.
