    just got back from work.. seem to have problems uploading the jpg file i have in the PC..

    hope this link works nope it doesn't

                                Hmmm! I think you are having us on, here. The rust on the rails suggests that the rack railway is not in service. The modern-looking architecture makes me think that perhaps it is still under construction, but where? I'll rule out Antarctica as a continent, but none of the others. Europe?
