What's cool about that picture is where it was taken from.

Not necessarily! I assume a college or similar from all the youngsters. Hideous red brick Victorian pseudo-everything architecture made me think immediately of Fort Dunlop in the Bromwich region, reinforced by the toroidal sculpture/fountain?, but I couldn't find anything to fit. I can only guess that it may be in the Midlands but a monstrosity like that building is to be eschewed
