Interesting. The general layout reminds me of a traditional khan but very much modernised. Or it could be some form of monastery, but I feel probably not a tekké as there are no scripts on the architrave panels, just geometric patterns, but no traditional ones that I can recognise. My feeling is S. Asia, possibly Sri Lanka????
