Picture was taken in May 2002 on a couple of hour boat tour not too far from a well known city.

I can't say I ever heard of those places.. here we could see the coast just 100meters to the side of us.. as for the people, they are just there to make it hard for KVH .. though I am one of them .. picture was taken by the tour guide

When you say "not too far" do you mean in the relative galactic sense, as in within a light year or so, or a more down-to-earthy reference of perhaps within 100km?
