Hmmm! Not a lot to go on here: either you know it or you don'r - I don't!

It would seem to be possibly an entrance to the building on the right, a little in the idea of the Louvre pyramid. This may be a museum, art gallery, an aquarium or somesuch. The columns and balustrade seem to be incongruous, suggesting an older place, Georgian??? The people appear to be warmly wrapped, even though the leaves suggest summer.Could possibly be Morthern hemisphere, latitude >45°N.
