I need some more convinceing on why low motion codec is better.
I know that I can obtain low motion codec can get better results, but then the entire file size is much larger.
If I use fast motion, and set the bit rate at 1500 or 2000, it will raise the bit rate for the fast parts and keep the bitrate low at low motion parts.
Thats why I dont see why I would ever want to use the low motion codec for dvd copying.
The only way the low motion codec can be usefull is if I set the bitrate low to keep the file size low, its fine but then the image breaks up in the fast action scenes
