How's IE6 doing ? Is it as buggy [with irrevirsable damage] the way IE5.5 was when it was first launched ? Interface changed ? I have had a share of running on an unstable machine for the past 4 days, i'll skip out on the Upgrade for a while until i hear the feedback ! so watcha guys say about IE6 ?

Can't remember exactly, but it was regarding downloading IE5.5.
I had the batch file saved from that time and I just switched the relevant version numbers and it worked nicely for me.
You could try via start->run and browse to the folder where you saved the ie6setup.exe and just add the switches.
Here in Denmark I had some problems with the "prior 2 gold"
leaked version of I.E 6 .
1. Couldn't use webmail ... log in at a home-page setup by my ISP and then simply supply my email-adr. and my password.
2. Couldn't use Homebanking with I.E 6 ... connect to my bank and do money transfers and account managment etc.
I was told by my ISP ( TDC KabelTV ) that I.E 6 did have some issues with the above mentioned things and that their ( TDC webmail ) developers was looking for a way around it as they expected I.E 6 to become the most used browser.
So for now I'm sticking with I.E 5.5 SP2 which works great with the above mentioned things.
