I'm not convinced - it could be that the SCSI controller is on PCI bus 2, and its interrupts are mirrored to PCI bus 1 as shown on that page. This would make sense as part of the zero-channel-raid support on that slot. Unfortunately, I know nothing about ZCR, and Adaptec's website is devoid of hard technical information.
And as I said before, there's no room for the SCSI controller on PCI bus 1. The chipset only supports two devices on that bus, and there are already two slots.
I'll poke around and see if I can dig up anything - I'm curious to know what's actually going on with this board.
Edit: One way to be sure is to find someone running Linux on a K7X and ask for the contents of the /proc/pci file.
