Anyone who thinks an $11 difference in price is a big deal to get a better motherboard has no business building a computer in the first place. 
BTW, it would be awfully nice of AMD bought up SIS to serve as their chipset and solutions division. Merging the knowledge of the AMD chipset team and SIS would probably give them an excellent edge. For Opteron to be a success, AMD really needs to offer a more complete package of support solutions. That is their real achilles heel in this market, and it's a big part of what keeps Intel ahead.
