Not leeching here, but considering my cable modem's capped to 3000/256, I'm rather limited as to how much I can help.

Well, now I'm doing 1kB down, 7kB up. Too many kids pissing in the pool.

I'm at about 3-4 kB down, and ~20kB up. Uploaded 25 megs, only downloaded 12!

I'm getting better. It's at 8/8 right now. Still, I was downloading some of the Animatrix stuff earlier, getting 208kB down, and 8-14kB up. Of course, I left it up for a few hours after the file was done. It's the nice thing to do.

              There's a Half-life 2 high quality, 587 MB, 25 minute gameplay/trailer movie you can get off FilePlanet:

Download Exclusive Half-Life 2 Gameplay Video [Updated]. The demonstration of Half-Life 2 was unquestionably one of...

It's in Quicktime, so that QT/Real alternative player thread came just in time. Still downloading it now, but I hear it's damn awesome.

Still faster than waiting for that BitLeeches download... I gave up on it last night when some thunderstorms moved though town.

Yes, that's the 500MB BitTorrent file. Yes, it's damn awesome. 25 minutes of having your jaw on the floor.

I just finished downloading it and am watching it. It's the same one that was linked to in 9 parts at the beginning of this thread, but in much greater detail.

                      It is absolutely fantastic.

                      Must upgrade video card .......

The Fileplanet download just started for me, thankfully it's able to maintain the 3 Mbit/s (366 kilobyte/s) transfer rate cap on my modem, got about 23 minutes left.
