@Admiral, the Cinergy 600 does all that, and picked up 40 FM stations effortlessly. Of course I get everything over cable so I wouldn't know about antenna. All-in-all I like the Cinergy 600 better than what I've had before, but much is personal taste and what you want to do with it.

As I said, TV viewing and radio with minimal capture capabilities, but I do want the TV to be near to perfection.
The Cinergy doesn't have PAL D/K, we use both B/G and D/K here. People that have bought the Cinergy here complain about lack of sound with certain channels or not catching a few.
The Lifeview FlyVideo 3000 has the Philips SAA7134 chip, has both PAL D/K & B/G, is relatively cheap and seems I'll be hoping in just when they improved the software.

Have any one of you guys tried the ASUS TV/FM Card 7331?? Does it work with a G400 MAX?? That is, can I use view the TV on the other screen? I know the G400 does not support dual hardware overlays, but right now my Rainbow Runner G allows me to slide the TV window across both screens, and it works really well. Unfortunatly it won't let me record! For those of you that have Parhelias, do you have another problem watching TV on the other head? Also, are you guys able to run DScaler?

Overlay or not is a feature of the software, AFAIK. My Hauppauge has a little software utility that lets me switch, and MoreTV lets me choose as well (because my *%/&$ Kyro II only supports hw overlay up to 1024 or so)
