Rung Scan up and the blokes goes Err dunno why you haven't had a replacement. Disappears for several minutes so I have to listen to this women say how wonderful Scan support is, Grrrr. Comes back and says we've got them in stock very sorry and we'll send one out striaght away.
One big weakness of there new tsch support you can't email them directly. So it was back to the fax confirming the conversation and giving them to next Friday too deliver or they'll be taken to court.
So Scan hasn't impoved at all. I still cannot recommend the company.
