I've got an NEC FE950 19 inch. It's nice and it's even got top and bottom convergence control as well which is useful. Overall I would give it more marks out of ten than my Vision Master Pro 512.

oops, sorry, I forgot to mention itOriginally posted by az
Kurt, I didn't see you were talking about an LCD. You won't damage your eyes with a cheap LCD, and Acer LCDs are fine.
And yes, you pay too much for Sony LCDs, as well as for EIZO LCDs.

AFAIK Mitsubishi has licensed the Trinitron technology from Sony and added their grain of salt.Originally posted by PAugustin

Its quite nice, 1600x1200@85 is quite easy on the eyes, and it does have dual inputs BNC and hd15, something I have not read on there site or on anyreview?
1280x1024@100hz is very crisp, I'm happy
An 18" LCD would have been nice, and I have tried my best to justify it to myself, but 20" viewable for half the price is something I could not resist.
I better crank up mouse acceleration, my mouse area is only good for 2/3 of the screen

1600*1200@85Hz is probably the recommended resolution. It's quite small though, even on a 21". 1280 is easier on the eyes -but a bit wasted on such a big screen. Maybe 1400*1050...Originally posted by Marshmallowman

BNC if I were you I'd use it if it's got it. You'd probably see a differance.
