I am doing triple head--kind of.
I have my center and right monitors running 1600x1200 Visual Studio.Net, SQL Enterprise Manager, SQL Query Analyzer, Paint Shop Pro, etc.
I have a left monitor running off a PCI card (so I don't have to be at the same resolution as the other two) switching between 800x600 and 1024x768. I use the third monitor to see how my end users will experience the website/software I'm developing.
I need higher rez on my middle screen for Visual Studio .Net. It has a lot of panels that can obscure the code window. It's not that bad, but it would be nice to run at a higher rez with a stable refresh rate.
I have a dual boot which is configured for true triple head. I got way too motion sick playing RTCW so these days I mainly use it to show off the reef demo to people who visit my office.
