                            Hmmmm:

                            1) Hercules mono clone cards (several different ones of differing sizes and slightly different screen outputs)
                            2) EGA
                            3) Paradise 512K card (western digital unaccellerated chipset)
                            4) ET4000 1meg ISA (quite fast for unaccellerated VGA)
                            5) Cirrus logic 5426 accerated VLB card (very basic SVGA accelleration)
                            6) ET4000w32p 2meg VLB card (very fast blitting engine, but only reasonable overall accelleration)
                            7) Chips and Technologies WinFast VLB 1meg card (the blitting engine is not as fast as the ET4000w32p, but it has much better accelleration of windows primatives and ended up being a bit faster overall)
                            8) S3 Trio32 1meg PCI card
                            9) S3 Trio64DX 2meg PCI card
                            10) S3 VirgeDX 4meg PCI card (what a stupid purchase in retrospect, the 3d accelleration on this was completely useless)
                            11) Intel i740 8meg (much better 3d accelleration then the S3 Virge, first card to really have awesome 2d accelleration)
                            12) Matrox G400 16meg (flawless 2d acceleration, good 3d accellation)
                            13) Nvidia Geforce DDR (I really regret getting this card, it was never all that stable and it drove me up the wall)
                            14) Nvidia Geforce 4mx-se (I brought this without realising what SE meant, but at least it had good TV-out)
                            15) Nvidia Geforce 4 ti4200. (quite happy with this card finally)
80% of people think I should be in a Mental Institute
