yup, go to Via's website, and download the latest 4in1 drivers and install them.

Well, I have good news. Via's new 4in1 drivers did the job. My computer will now turn on and off without any problem. Just to let you guys know it was a combination of what you guys were thinking. The 4in1 had a new IRQ assigning driver and an AGP driver. so I think it was an IRQ problem but the driver did the trick. Thank you guys so much for all of your help. I first ordered these parts in June and today it is working flawlessly. that is one heck of a long time. Thanks again guys.

Just registered to say THANKS. Doing a P3-750 build right now with the G400 dual head on VIA. Exactly the same symptoms Birds had.
