I was dual booting between NT4 and build 2000 for a little while before I got bored and started breaking things...
I ran win2k on 64mb here at work and changing to 128mb gave me a *HUGE* increase in speed.

    Cheers,
    Steve

Chasbo, I have SP3 and don't plan on upgrading to SP5 as it has been unreliable on several work machines.

Steve, what do you mean by "breaking things"?

W2K bump -- anyone here on MSDN? If so did you get RC2 in the latest release?

Any news on the Matrox video tools front?

Win2k Breaking NT4 partitions? news to me...

My System Dual boots NT4SP5/Win98SE and I've had all sorts of win2k betas on it, starting from the ultra crappy Beta 2. I've never had it destroy data in any way shape or form ?!?(had plenty of other probs tho)..

I think I'll just sit back and wait for the rest of the world to beta-test it, you know what I mean, like wait 3 mths AFTER release...
