They only charge your card before shipping on Pre-orders, not regular orders. That's just one reason to not pre-order things.

BTW, Compucentre.com (canada) switched the listing of the G400 regular and max from "backorder" to "in stock" today.

did you order your card from Compucentre? I order a G400 32MB DH last week and they notified me that it was shipped on the 19th. Thought it came today but all they did is ship me a big box for the extra fan I bought. (I noticed that they changed the status of the MAX to in stock....I don't think I can justify the extra cash....)
