G400Max's stable at 120mhz FSB???

My g400max handels fsb of 120 and 124 Mhz with no problems ..haven´t tested higher ..

The only problems you might get when running the AGP out of spec would be the card dropping back to AGP 1X speed. Otherwise, AFAIK the card will run fine.
