I use plain Win98, RAB... so I don't think the extra SE is the problem... Maybe Dx6.2 could be for you ??

Thanks RAB. I honestly cannot remember for home - but I have never had 98SE here at work, and put these beta drivers on my PC here too.

My PC houses one of these things which seems to affect some people's lives far too much...

Thanks, guys. I'll keep trying. I guess the 5.13's were just not meant to be used on my SS7 board.

Thanks, guys. I'll keep trying. If others can make them work on SS7's, I'll find a way, too. Jorden, have you still got your SS7 working?

RAB, if you read it right, I don't have an SS7, but an Asus P2B with Intel P3-450...

Sorry, Jorden, Its the other J Joel that has the SS7. Sorry for the double posts, the firewall here at work all of a sudden has taken a dislike to the Forum and keeps saying that the site can't be found when I send in posts.

                Hi,

Have you tried the 5.15 from the Marvel Section? You can also try to disable in your BIOS anything related to pipeline burst cache, vga shadow, video cache... and make sure that your card is not sharing IRQ's. if you are getting the same distorted colors with all drivers, you might want to check you monitor connection at the back of the card and the monitor... you never know!

                Alex

                  Hi Everyone,

I am also having the same screen corruption problems but only on Netscape 4.61.

                  My setup :
                  BH6 with C464A
                  Mill G200 8MB@default speed, PD5.13 Bios v2.3
                  Win98SE at 1024x768x32 desktop

At first I thought it was Netscape 4.61. However, on my other PC, Netscape didn't have the same problem. Netscape 4.51 had no problems with the above setup. I suspect it may be a combination of Netscape, Win98SE & PD5.13.

Who of you is running the seti client for NT?
I think there is the problem I've switched to it yesterday and since then I got the same screenerrors and my system crashed irregulary in between minutes or hours. About 12h before 've switched back to the win-client and no errors or crashes till now.
