I believe comparing the release of the tnt2 after the tnt and the release of the g400 after the g200 doesn't make much sense as the tnt2 is just a faster or "hotter" version of the tnt whereas the g400 is an all new chip compared to the g200...correct?

Absolutely. The G400 got plenty of new awe technology (EMBM, DualHead, DVDMax, Stencil buffr etc).

I'd say the G400 is between the TNT2 and the Geforce.

Yeah, ok - I'll agree that the Matrox G400 MAX is the BEST video card money CAN'T BUY cause its nowhere to be found. And its awe features are so amazing, that I can't descibe them because I have YET to see them. Yes, I'll agree to that

And folks, this is done with TONGUE IN CHEEK, so don't get P'D off (you too Ant <G>).

And now Mike goes off into the sunset, missing the days of the LUCA and the Not Da Boz, . . . . . I STILL remember that awesome pic of a desktop screenshot from the NDB's PC That still is hilarious even today! And who remembers what it was he was supposedly working on? Was it faster than light travel or something?????
