I assume that you all know that some Matrox G400 DH comes with 360RAMDAC and 5ns RAM with regular heatsink but no fan. Those G400 comes with the while fan power plug too.
Is that possible those people just put a fan on the heatsink and call it G400 MAX OEM???
I guess if you take the heatsink off and you will see if that's a G400 or G400MAX but I don't suppose you were allowed to do that before you buy the product so be careful.
I would go for the retail version if I were you.
