Well, just wanted to say thanks, but I thought that was to short *hehe*

Hehe I don't own a Live! anymore but my brother does as well as my friend down the road. Now normally this would mean that I would rush to download it but the company we (my business associates and myself) are starting ordered a Platinum which should arrive tomorrow. Methinks it is a good time to test my CRW9420 (which now reports itself as a Ricoh 7060A, btw thanks ali) burning at 6X.

            I think for Liveware2.0 they wanted $5/$10?
Now for Liveware 3.0 they want $15!
            Hmmmm...oh well.
Happily and humbly d/l'ing at a blistering 2.85KB/sec (from the Asian site since the US one is totally clogged up with those LPB running DSL/cable) heh.
37% finished and 2hours to go. Ho hum.

Actually Agent, I am surprised I am able to d/l at all. When 2.0 came out, I couldn't get to the web site for like one week until the the d/l frenzy calmed down.
I think maybe they descided to sell the cd prior to releasing the d/l to alleviate this situation. (+cash in )
Try one of the Asian sites.
              Good luck.

Anyone got the actual ftp site address of the liveware3 file? I can't find anything cos I just keep getting 'Database Error' when trying to get past the registration on their site.

Is there any way to dl just the updated drivers, without all the other software baggage?

                              Oh poo!

Spend 2 hours downloading that fat file only to find that my sblive driver is still dated 8-26-99!

Wasn't that the old 2.1 driver? Was goin' on here 'den?
