That is good to hear! Any chance that anyone can get their hands on a working copy? I'm trying to figure out the ins and outs of 2000 where I'm at and of course cannot currently do that. How far you think those drivers are from being "officially" posted?

      SDDS:

If your a warez monkey who knows anything about newsgroups, Win2000 isn't tough to find. Build 2399 is out now though, so I wouldn't waste time with 2151 (it came out the day after I wasted loads of time downloading 275megs on a 56K line...DOH!).

Win2000 isn't a problem at all. I'm currently running what seems to be a semi-
stable build 2128. I got those beta drivers
that give you the color only. I'm wanting
the dual head back though! I just got a
19" monitor - want to get a second but am
waiting. I do video editing on my system as
well as 3D stuff so the extra real-estate is
always nice. In reguards to the warez posts,
i wish there were matrox drivers in there...
motodv studio upgrade drivers would be nice.

I guess I should just be happy my stuff is
            even working as it is...

If you could point out a place with the alpha
drivers, I don't really care (well I do) about
the D3D, I'd just like the dual monitor back.

If the drivers aren't too far away though, I
would be willing to wait a little longer though with my TNT (gotta have the Q3 fix every once in a while

Well, build 2399 of something is going up on one of the newsgroups. Allow me to waste hours grabbing it to see what it is.

That's windows millennium. Definitely a plus if you're into trying stuff out, it's WAY more stable than Win98 with few downsides.

NOW I'm confused. Windows Millenium I assume is the Win98 successor while Win2000 is the NT successor?? Or am I futzed up?

Windows 2000 is NT5. Millenium should be the successor of Windows 98. At least, that's the plan now. It has changed and might again.
