  • Question about G400 Compatibility

THE GUY WITH THE IRQ PROBLEMS IS BACK!!!!

Anyway, I formatted the HD and got PERFECT IRQ settings...... but I've got a question for Matrox:::
Question: Is the G400 compatible with Sound Blaster Live's LiveWare 3.0???

May sound common/lame/anything But a software conflict made my friend have to format his hard disk, and it was SUPPOSEDLY a G400/SBLive(LiveWare3.0) problem.

    Any ideas?

I just set up my Athlon 550 system with a G400 MAX and SB Live!, using LiveWare 3.0 from the get-go (no LiveWare 2.x).

    Works fine for me.

Liveware 3.0 with my G400 running smooth as a baby's but for a 5 days straight now without a reboot, have played many games/used many apps., I would have to say they are pretty stable together.

I don't even use the LW 3.0 software. I just load the drivers and that's all. EAX works great and there's a lot less overhead
