Just a stab in the dark, but UT is Unreal Tournament right?

I'm up for that server idea. Do you guys have a Q3Arena server, or a Rogue Spear server?; Maybe even a team fortress classic?

I'd like to see how good tech support is at gaming

Where can I get UT? the Unreal that comes with my G200 card is only trial *grin*

They're ok. Certainly no BetaBoys, but they get by

Haig has been taking Spam(flak) Cannon lessons from Zwisch, so his score is going up. He almost beat me once last night

          The server must stay up.

To bad I can't get hold of a full version of UT here in Romania. I'm still playing the demo and eagerly await the full version.

Thanks guys, it was fun tonight... tech support guys were keeping up pretty well, we finished 1st ocne, 2nd twice and 3rd once... but keep in mind that we were only 3 while the two other teams had 6 to 7 players each... not bad hey? We should do this more often... Today, me and akira had internet connection problems, leo had a 2000 ping time and had to quit and haig... haig... well haig seemed ok... but even with those problems... we still can rock the boat

I had a lot of fun even though my ISP decided to disconnect me in the heat of battle.. my ping was pretty high but hey, I did OK.. I was mainly on the red team for the most part.

                      Hi everyone,

I'm surprised our server didn't crash. At one point, we had 16 people on UT and 12 on Q2.

All your technical reasons here sound good to me.

I'll have Q3 full version installed tomorrow and will pull out Q2.

Mojo, UT closed down on me 2x tonite with an audio buffer overflow error message. Don't know why it happens with the Live card but once I switched over to my Gina card, I had no more problems.

                        Hi Haig,

What did you have the sound settings at with the Live! ? Mine worked flawlessly.

Geez....I was at work while you were all having fun fraggin away and missed all the fun. Definitely please keep the server open, and give a heads-up so I can be there next time.

                            Hi Rags,

I use Liveware 2.0 and have the sound settings to "Use hardware 3D sound."

Also, ever since I installed this card, I can no longer shut down properly. I had to uninstall IE5 for a proper shutdown.

Damn, I can't believe I missed that match :<, I won't be making that mistake again.

Haig, two things you can try, MS did release a shutdown suppliment some time back, but I think it was re-released without official notice, because the Windows Update site told me to download it twice. Secondly, grab Live!Ware 3 from Creative, never hurts to update all the drivers in your system, not just your video drivers

So, who was doing most of the killing?

                              ------------------

Look, I know you think the world of me, that's understandable, you're only human, but it's not nice to call somebody "Vain"!

I think the beta boyz faired pretty well considering that they had me on their team. Someone who tends to kill him own dumb self about as many times as others do. That first step can be a long one sometimes. It was fun though and I hope we can do it again sometime.
