After restart computer gives me following message:
While initializing deivce IOS:
ERROR: Real mode system memory allocation failed
After a while of manipulating under safe mode it was clear
that problem was with G400. Installed some old ATI card (sorry)
and it worked. As long as G400 is inside the same error message
keeps reappearing.
Tried reinstalling drivers and overwriting BIOS according to procedures - no
change.
Can anyone help?

You should check the motherboard's BIOS for settings like "PnP OS" (set it to YES) and "Assign IRQ to VGA" (also set to yes). Your G400 should take an IRQ between 9-11. This will probably also result in Winblows redetecting the video card again on the reboot. It's best to cancel at that point. Let it install it's PCI VGA drivers. Then get a copy of the latest Matrox drivers and run the setup.exe you find in the directory they unpacked into.
