    Err... guys, explain this one:

    I have only a PIII@625Mhz, yet I beat Athlon and PIII 700s, 733s, 750s and even some 800's!!

    Just ran the default benchmark.

      Hi Stevie,

two things that may cause your score:
[*]your OCed FSB gives higher overall oerformance than regular clocked CPUs[*]you used a newer driver which is simply faster

      See ? - No Miracle ...

      Cheers,

Well, I used 6.00.10 drivers (they're released publicly now, aren't they?) And my FBS is at 125Mhz (I have a PIII500).

        Also, the G400 was overclocked...

Hey, How do I cut and paste my scores from Mad Onion - I tried . press alt-screen when the window that shows the 3dmark results is active but I don't have -screen button.

I tried to cut or copy (I use Netscape 4.7) and I end up with the blue background as a .gif...

Yes, I can copy the numbers by highlighting and cut and paste but it oh so cool, my brothers (apologies to Clockwork Orange) to have the actual display.

          any ideas??

How do you get to paste the MadOnion2000 into the message - I have tried alt-screen but I don't have the screen button - have a print screen button but nothing happens ---using Netscape 4.7
If I try to copy the page I get the blue background - Of course, I can copy the results as text file - but it looks a lot better as a .bmp(?)...

Well, I won't even go into the 3DMark result for this system, since I'm using the GeForce2 in it, but I have a weird result for the processor, and maybe someone (probably Maggi) could tell me why?

With the new replacement Celery II 566, which I currently have overclocked at 892.5, I got 400 for the CPU speed. The last processor only managed around 280 when it was overclocked at 850, and this one gets 400 at only 42Mhz faster (only 5Mhz faster bus speed)? This is higher than practically every other report I've seen yet. However, when I look at the pretty little bar graphs ranking my processor, I'm somewhere around (just above, actually) a P3-650???

                  Any ideas?

                    Hi Ace,

it seems that your GeForce is assisting your CPU ... check out which 'CPU Optimization' you have set and compare 'em all ...

                        uhm ... yeah ... sort of ...

you need at least some webspace to upload it from your local drives so that you can link it to the message (following the UBB image tag rules) ...

But that shouldn't be a problem since there are plenty of free offers for webspace, maybe even from your actual provider ?

Do those online hard-drive sites allow you to link directly to things stored on them? That might work better than a webpage, at least for some people.

                              Ace -

I see the same difference in the "cpu" scores with the G400Max/GTS2 = ~270/~430 with stock speeds on both cpu and video.

The best 3dMark2000 scores I have seen so far with my K7-800 were 3344/6561.
