I have the problem of all my games crashing when I play them in win98 and win 2000. One person in another forum said it might be the issue of the motherboard and the video card not working together. Can anyone help me fix this problem? here is the specs of my computer.
PIII 800mhz EB pc133
128MB pc150
abit be6-II motherboard
Matrox dualhead G400 32MB
Diamond Monstor sound
creative 32X CD-ROM
creative PC-DVD 6x
robotic 56k modem
350w power supply
20g western digital HDD
-partitioned to 3 drives
c: windows 2000
d: windows 98
e: games
all three drives are formated in FAT32
I also have 5 fans. two 40mm( one on the video card), two case fans (60mm and a 92mm), and a globe on the processor.
Also, sometimes when I load win 98 it stalls when loading and I have to reset my computer inorder for it to load correctly.
I have download all the latest drivers and for matrox and other hardwares and the latest bios for the abit motherboard.
Thanks.
