I do not understand, why big `M` isn`t supporting the MURC much more. O.K., sometimes we are a little bit uncomfortable and difficult. But this could still be a really good symbiosis ...

I think Matrox would like everybody from MURC to go visit their forums instead. Good idea if they want to control the message about Matrox cards, kind of like what Creative does with their news server. Encourage the hype, bring the team together to combat any criticism, that kind of thing, all noise is confined within house.

I dunno. I've had an uneasy relationship with the Media Relations team over in Montreal for quite some time, don't think they like the fact that I speak my mind rather than just be a sucky up fan site. I was screwed over big time over a certain issue that I'm still furious about a year after the event, it's not something I can comment on (for fear of them suing the arse off me) but it was something that made me come within inches of shutting the site down because I was so angry.

A few months back I was "handed over" to the UK office, I must say at this point though that the people at Matrox UK are brilliant. The vast majority of Matrox have been great and helped out tremendously, my problems have been with a certain small section. Still annoys me though that Montreal just wiped me from all of their circulation lists.

That's just nonsense himself. If you bothered to look on our forum, you would see that we are allways giving the url of MURC for anyone looking for reg hacks and unsupported tweaks. Alot of MURC regulars can confirm to this, or just do a search for murc on all of our forums and you'll get over 100 hits. Search for matroxusers on all of our forums and you'll get over 200 hits.

About us trying to control the message about our cards. What is tech supp trying to control on our troubleshooting forums?
