    I think that's the only way to go, use B and D mapping at the same time..... or a card-cpu combo that can do 200+ mil polys/sec

        Good find.

        Do you think that is the bandwidth saving feature that Carmack was talking about?

        They say they will discuss demonstrations of it, so they must have working silicon.

          Did you also notice that Matrox has 3 booths booked. The only other company to have multiple booths is AMD (2) and Discreet (3)

          Its looking more likely that Matrox will announce something there.

          Just looked through the .pdf, and the 3 Matrox booths added togeather are still smaller than the toilets.
