Apparently their having system problems {my order has been in progress since the 15th, just today and yesterday obviously but enough to create concern, thus I called and received info of apparent system probs}, I havent been able to get a tracking # for my package... Not really sure whats going on but Fedex is no help either, i contacted them and they told me earlier to get additional info {location of matrox's warehouse it was shipped from ,etc }. So i received this info, called back and was told that they cant help me get a tracking #... Matrox is having probs with their systems as mentioned so they havent provided a tracking # yet either... ah well just wanted to make sure my order isnt the only one with issues i guess..
