          Parhelia and G400MAX in Storage.
Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

Still #1 for me, but now that I have my Shuttle SFF, I got an Intel worthless video card for one more week, (till I get my AIW 9700 Pro some time this week) then its gonna be #1 & #2

Hey GT98, is your G400MAX in storage as backup, or till you find it a good home? I would be more than happy to give it a NICE safe home.

Sorry I forgot to write mine at the beginning of the thread:
I sold my beloved G200 and am waiting for the revised Parhelia. For the time inbetween I borrowed the Voodoo 3 from my girlfriend. If Matrox cannot bring out what I want till April, I would probably buy a G550. Her laptop has a ATI mobile chip.

BTW, I thought Voodoo cards had simliar IQ as Martox cards. But in contrary to G200 I realized some failures shown on the monitor!

Hey, mmp121, won't his Parhelia serve even better?

The poll results are rubbish... I replaced by G400Max with a GF4/4200 and consequently voted #3. However, I swapped out a G200 with the G400Max in my daughters box. That still DOES NOT make me a user of Matrox cards. I wish people would stop hanging on to something that isn't there any more.

Matrox had supplied everything I needed until this latest update. So what, shit happens I guess. Matrox released what they wanted to which isn't the same as what we all wanted from them. Do I hate them: no; do I love them: no; am I upset to go nVidia: a little, was what I got worth it: yes - cost me £103 delivered and runs very well. IQ is very slightly worse than the G400 and the drivers are hit and miss.

The poll could have been worded: Do you still have a Matrox card in your primary machine. Also to increase 'accuracy', the poll should have been worded to restrict answers from non beta testers!

I was in read-only mode on these forums since I got my GF card but wanted to sign out on this one
                    Cheers, Reckless

Nope thats my troubleshooting card if I need it. I'm hanging on to the Parhelia as a keep sake at the moment.....most likely last Matrox card I buy for myself, unless they un**** themselfs....which is doubtful at this time
