    The IBM 180GXP is much better performing than the 'cuda V, and almost as quiet (somewhere between the 'cuda IV and V in noise).

      Yeah, but I'm not about to trust IBM reliability again.

      I've been diehard Seagate for some time now due to excellent reliability.

      Back in the day, a Baracuda ATA II of mine survived a fall on a concrete floor thanks to its 350g non-operating shock. Ever since, I've used nothing but Seagate whenever possible...
      Let us return to the moon, to stay!!!
