In the latest version of the demo, they've removed the advanced options menu; the way to access it is to pull down the command line and type a command. I think it's "preferences" or something like that. I just woke up so my brain isn't functioning.

I'm not sure if your BIOS has a weird setting holding you back or not. I'm no expert on BIOS settings, but the ones I do know will affect performance are "video cache mode" or something similar, which should be set to USWC, and there's also a setting where you can choose AGP/PCI or PCI/AGP. Obviously it should be set to AGP/PCI. My graphics aperature size on mine is set to 128megs (I have 128megs of RAM). You could list em if you want and I'll see if anything looks outta whack, but like I said, I'm no expert.
