I tried 800x600 on all of the tracks and I am still getting good results.I don't have a clue why I am not getting the corrupted tracks and everyone else is.

Ya. Even tracks that usually work in 640X480 will mess up in 800X600 but the framerate in 800X600 isn't that great so I don't use it.

By The Way: OLDIE do you have 8 or 16 MB of memory on your G200?

Can you guys post all of your system specs?

We cannot reproduce this at all in tech supp.

Before installing the game, we had DX7.0 installed first and then installed the game.

Have any of you done this or did you all install DX from the game?

I already had DirectX7 (I think DX7a) installed before I installed the game.

              PII 350
              AbitBX6 (original)
Win98 (original, gonna install SE sometime next week hopefully)
              128MB PC100 ram
              Millennium G200 AGP 8MB
              Graphic Bios 2.3 - 11
PD 5.30.007 (the newer drivers slowed down 2D so much I had to go back to 5.3)
              DirectX 4.07.00.0700

other stuff that wouldn't affect the video card
              Adaptec 2930C SCSI card
              Plextor PX-W4220Ti
              6.4 GIG Fujitsu HD

BTW, after a little more testing, I've found the same problem in 640x480 on various tracks as well.

I'm assuming the ones that aren't working even in 640X480 are Enduro, Stunt nd Supercross tracks.

I saw your shots and it looks pretty nasty. So far, no matter what combination of settings we use in the options menu, we don't see this problem.

Is it fair to assume that the ones with this problem have DX7a installed rather than DX7?

When I had problems with DX 7.0a, I tried using the DX on the MCM2 CD (not sure which version) and made no difference.

Will Win98 even let you downgrade your DirectX?
                            I wouldn't think so.

I am using the new PD6.0 4Meg Beta driver with the inf out of 5.41.

MCM2 works perfectly now in every resolution for me. I had exactly the same problem using PD5.41, 5.30, 5.21 etc until I did what I told you above.

                              Cheers and Good Luck.

Well, I did the same thing as Mellow_Dude and have the same problems.
