Actually, I don't think Haig would even have to do much to remove the skin requirement. I believe simply by deleting the appropriate "ServerPackage=" line for each of the undesired mods and skins will allow people without those to connect.
I remember for a while I did not have the dino cow skin, but could still connect. Then Haig made mention of adding the ServerPackage lines in the .ini file and suddenly, I was informed by the server that I was missing that skin.
So...no actual skin or mod removals should be necessary.

By the way, I've been curious to try the Deck16-CTF map that is on the current list, but not in the current server rotation. I've played it against bots and looks like it could be a fun map. Any chance of adding it into the rotation for a while?

I would suggest to use just the Bonus Pack and perhaps the Inoxx Pack!

P.S.: I already have some maps and skins installed and I don't really want to install more, because the more I install, the longer it takes UT to start!

CyberTek has the right idea. We don't have to strip the server to the bare bones. We just need to trim it down a bit.

CyberTek Snake-Eyes[MU] and I have been playing every night (usually around 7-9 p.m. CST). We've just been terrorizing the "public" DM servers (Heman, Oboy, and ghostman jump in with us sometimes). We all keep in touch via ICQ. My ICQ # is 3186536. Just give me a shout and I will let you know where we are playing. It would be kinda cool to get a gang of [MU]'ers just roaming around tearing people up in their own server. "Warrrriorrrrrs.......Come out and plaaaaayyy--ayeeeeeeee" (really old movie refference you probably won't get)

Don't get me wrong....the Darth Mahl model is really a great accomplishment by the modeler (2nd only to Abbey!), but it and a few of the other new ones on the MU server and elsewhere do not display the UT weapons. Knowing if someone is coming at me with a hammer or rocket greatly affects how I respond. Also, its earthtone colors make it hard to see except in very bright rooms.

Just my opinion. I don't think a "hollow man" model would be much fun to play against either, but it'd sure look great. If everyone else is OK with it, then it's fine with me.

Johnny, I've thought that exact same thing. The weapons thing is a bit bothersome, but the visability thing is what gets me. It's hard to shoot what you can't see (hey........maybe I should wear that skin).
