I think whoever leaked the software would have been under some kind of NDA agreement. Just because the copy you downloaded didn't doesnt mean there was none.
if you remove or fail to distribute an agreement with software to a 3rd party you are still breaking the law, some what like receieving/distrbuting stolen/pirated goods/software.
Software leaks happen all the time, but this is not the place to post links to it....posting links to the web site that has the links is probably a more subtle way of letting people know.
