hello all Ive been doing surround gaming since the parhelia came out . this is where I ask if anybody has any idea how to run halo on all 3 screens. I have hacked many many games, probably more than double of that matrox shows on theyr surround gaming list. BUT this one is no easy task. I cannot get the resolution nor fov to change. can anyone help? also give suggestions on new games which have been altered to surround gaming . if any help is needed for other game titles plz ask I may be able to help.

moh? that has q3 engine u shud be able to type "cg_fov 138" into console or into the config located in the games directory. as for half life... it is not possible I have tried many times because I would like to play cs on surround gaming . I think Ive done the matrix but that was a long time ago so Im installing it right now and Ill let u know how it goes. tron.. I didnt try it yet but i have the game. max payne 2 is not possible, theyr gaming aspect is locked on 4:3 thats why fov changes will only change teh horizontal fov and not teh vertical hence why he looks so fat. um prince of persia IM gettign a copy of it tomorow or the next week. as for the other games I havent played, and taht x3 I uninstalled as soon as I saw the graphics no offence. ravenshield?? I gotta try that one for sure I luved the demo. Ill let u guys know about some of those titles in the next week or so. if theres n/e other games... plz suggest.

Raven Shield ... needs FOV adjustability
Is the FOV messed up on this? I thought it was pretty close if not right on. It didnt' seemed all stretcheed like GTA Vice City does. The only reason I stopped playing it in Surround is because of performance. It was pretty choppy. I do believe that Raven Shield uses the UT2k3 engine, so it shouldn't be that hard to adjust.

As a side note, you can tell Matrox hasn't updated their Surround Gaming page in a while. It still lists NwN: Shadows of Undertide as upcoming, as well as X2: The Threat. X2 has one of the BEST Surround Gaming features of all!

                        Chr_79 .... WOW

Please can we have the hack ? ...

I'm sure you know this .... "needs FOV adjustability" means the ability to widen the field of view.

... For instance ... Enter the Matrix if you apply the patch "matrix_any-152.exe" in the "MatrixConfig.ini" you then have the ability to change the resolutions but not the FOV

By the way .... A quote from you in another thread relating to POP ... "I don't know if it's possible to change FOV or camera settings.
But i know i can change resolutions. "

Please can we have the hack ? ...
                        Go on please ...

                          Leech ...
Raven Shield had the ability to do the SG resolutions but the view was too zoomed in so it made it feel as if you were moving really slowly ... again a FOV adjustment would have solved the problem.

Yeah... but as I say it needs the FOV adjusted to make it playable though... it is too zoomed in.

How about that POP hack ? .... please
