      heh,
      1280x1024
      19" Monitor.

I could run higher, but the majority of webpages are impossible at that resolution.
      Thats why I lowered it.
Your page is just *really* small.

Im guessing your not going to change it then, eh?

If Pace and Guru aren't going to change it, you can do it yourself (sort of).
Assuming IE goto View -> Text Size and change to Larger or Largest.

Just curious, but can you's all compare the size of the text on the site, to the size of the text on the forum, I've just measured it pixel-by-pixel and they are both 10 pixels!

So then, am I missing something about web font sizes or are these pages the same?

                Paul.

                  Dude, I don't use IE.
                  So.. there.

I dont like manually changing font size, especially since I would have to change it back when I view another site. Just a waste.

Guru- the example page looks great!

Pace- The forums text is significantly larger for me. dunno what that means.

It means Netscape is not compatible!

Im not going to get into a Internet Exploder vs. Nutscrape fight, because thats almost as lame as pc vs Mac.

                      BUT !!!

                      Netscape is better.
Im going to use it when browsing.
                      Please, make it compat. thanks.

While I don't wish to get into that debacle either, nor claiming one is indeed better than the other, it would be nice to see if this could be addressed. Not all people run IE or run as MANY browsers as I.

These examples are taken at my normal desktop res of 1600x1200 (@ 32bit of course

                        NS 4.76

                        M18 build ID 2000112304

                        IE 5.5 sp1

I would post up NS6, but like many things M$ creates, it has major problems and for me, will not launch (go figure)

But won't making the fonts bigger make them huge in IE! Or is there a workaround for it?

Guru/Pace, I don't design web sites and lack the critical info as to what to do, but can say that cleaning up the HTML bloat might reduce the severity of this problem.

                              Neither do I!

Maybe I should point out as well that Pace has made the site using DreamWeawer 3 (recently changed to 4 ) and I don't know if that affects the font size on the page when being wied with netscape! All the editing I have done to the page has been done using notepad!
