I was watching mt genome processing when it completed a sequence. At the beginning to the sequence 22, it closed with an error...

    Here's the error

It gives that error back everytime i restart it.... any idea?

I'm not sure, but I think that you have a corrupt WU. if this is the case, just delete the input.* files. Better yet, just rename them temporarily to see is you can start g@h...

I am getting some corrupt WUs too... This has been the case since the new version. Has anyone else noticed the increase in client problems too?

I have no clue what went wrong, but I if I understand the message it fixed the problem.
This was the during the second run of the wu, this did not happen the first time (I think).

I've been having the same problem as Mr D with one of my clients.

That's exactly what I got at sequence 13 yesterday.

I've had errors like Mr. D's a couple of times. But always at the start of the unit. I let one of them run through, to see if it would continue, but it didn't (even though the message says it does).

I usually delete those input.* and rerun g@h and am on my way again.

I also got problems, but no error-messages.

My problem was that the client kept running and re-looping as it should, but didn't save the result. All intermediate-files was there as they should, but since no result, I killed all genome-clients, awaiting the next version...

I haven't seen such problems. I have lost a result once, but Genome has given no problems otherwise.

                      Sorry I made a mistake, I'm running v. 0.94

                      (I corrected other post.)

I had some problems with 0.93 not saving the result, but 0.94 seams to do that right.
Sometimes 0.94 reruns the wu with the same seed number... I'm getting credit for both units so I'm not complaining

I don't have the link for the 0.94 version but I found it at Yahoo Groups: Genome@home it's a prerelease test version if my memory serves me correctly

If I remember correctly, one of the re-loop, no result was with 0.94. At any case, I'm waiting for the next version before continuing.
