  • Ok, I'm monster-updating...
It should contain 2 completed units, 20 % (or so) of one unit and 5 % (or so) from another unit.

I wonder how much credits it will result in...

      • Hmm, somethings looks wrong... I only gained 10000 credits...

And if I check my results, it is obvious not everything has been uploaded... any thoughts?

        • Check your account -> results and see how many trickles you have for each model. Via that route you can alos see alltrickles, not just the last 10 per account or PC. It's cumbersome, but it's a decent start to diagnose I guess.

I see one model that's finsihed, but only 34 tricks now as the others had been uploaded in january already. That would make sense to get to 10,000 indeed IMO. Are you sure you uploaded two complete models as opposed to two completed models?

          • I'm 100% sure I uploaded 2 complete models.

It is now showing 8 units 'in progress', but 4 of them it also display 6805.26 credits. Could it be that I don't get the credtis until it shows 'done' instead of 'in progress'?

The 4 other units in progress are the ones I'm working on now, so that seems to be in order...

When I add up all these credits, I get my total...
I really expected to get much more than what I got for 2 complete models and 2 parts of models...

            • What can I say? Give me your account number and I'll check your trickles, but I *really* suspect you uploaded two completed models, not two "complete" models. AFAICR, at some stage you stopped uploading because it did not fit the USB-mem stick anymore. But for those models, you had uploaded beofre that already.

                • can I join? is this something like SETI? Will it chew up a lot of my hard drive space or bandwidth?

                  • Sure you can! In fact, I'd say it'd be gr8 if you did!. It takes up to about 5Gb of HD space and hardly any bandwidth, only when it needs to upload intermediate results, and that's about every 10 CPU hrs on a medium PC. JOIN IN!

                    • If you click the very first link of the very first post, you'll get to CPDN and from there it shoul dbe pretty easy for an almost ME like you. It was about time we had some new joiners: we're #22 of the world (!!!) and it takes a lot of time at current rates to get to #20 (let alone #1).
