          • VJ, I of course knew you did not do anything on purpose. Scoring appears to be borked. My latest trickly yielded me some 400 credits as well

Think Fluff got it too. Must be somrething wrong.

            Anyway, we are #85 now!

            • It appears they have upped the score of a trickle from 75.615 to 94.5175 to align it with SETI. This feeds through on ALL yer trickles once you report the first after the change. Hence to "huge"but one off increases.

              VJ, I'm still ahead

                    • 78 now

And Maggi's managed to pass me in the ranking even with my extra credits... and it doesn't look like I'll be getting that 1st place back any time soon

                      Well done Maggster

                      • Guys, we rank #77 now. We are approaching the big guys, but it is getting slower I'm afraid.

Wheras a week ago, it seemed it would tka eus 50 days to reach #50, this has lengthened to 79(!) days. We're not the only ones stepping up the plate it seems.

We need more members, more PCs and more time on the PCs we got. I'll try.

@VJ: You passed me. I'll be at your back though and try to put you in yer place soon enough!

                          • How do I force it to upload its trickles? Or do I just have to wait?

                            • Hmm, uploading my trickles from the offline machine will be difficult: it is calculating 4 work units in parallel, but my network connected computer can only run 1 unit at once. So even if I'll wait, I'll only get the trickles for the first workunit. Guess I'll better wait for the entire workunit to finish (this will still take a while).

Any thoughts on why those workunits have an estimated time of 1600 hours? Whereas the one I have on my networked computer has an estimated time of 600 hours?
(even if I let my networked computer work on it, it also gives 1600 hours, so it is not a CPU thing)
Could it have to do with the fact that I said in the settings that I won't be on network for 100 days? (for the non-networked settings)

Either way, I'll give you an update on its progress: it is now at 6.5% for all 4 workunits.

Yeah, it hurt. It hurt big time.
