I am starting to believe it is an driver issue as well!
I am almost sue AGP trexturing works fine in OpenGL in Win2k, but about Direct3D I am not sure... UT with AGP textures runs ok, but I don't know how many megabytes of textures it uses...
And since 3DMark says it can only use about 16MB of main memory for textures, something fishy might be going on..
I've posted this bug on the Matrox forum, and am very interested in their response
