I agree they should. It's not the first time we will see mistakes. I am sure many European and Asian news agencies have made mistakes.....actually I can site some American Geographic examples where they have dropped the ball, but this isn't tit for tat session. I just wanted to make clear that CNN is run by humans and humans make mistakes....especially when put on a deadline, as i am sure they were put on a strict one when airing that session.


When I was referring to "Stupid Americans", I was actually reading between the lines, since you didn't say "Anyone who can tell me what's wrong in that pic gets a cookie". You said "American resident", which singled us out, and gave me the impression that you believe that we are pretty stupid (that and the fact I have seen you use the words before ). Fact is there are a lot of stupid people EVERYWHERE, not just America

Indeed there are, but as America has a lot more people than most anywhere else in the Western world, there's more chance of meeting a Stupid Person who just happens to be an American.
Plus of course if I met a Stupid German, a Stupid Frenchman or Stupid Italian, I wouldnt know right off as I dont speak the language.
