Dude, you need to re-check your history books. Or perhaps you're a palestinian in disguise?
Someday, we'll look back on this, laugh nervously and change the subject.

It flouts UN resolutions (it hasnt paid its contributions to it since the early 1980's!),
This is complete BS. The US not only contributes the most money to the UN it also supplies the most manpower and equipment.

The arguments made by US supporters in atacking Iraq is the fact that it refuses to let forien 'spies' onto its soverign territory and examine its arms tech, in contrvention to the UN mandate.
You call them spies but the UN, who sent them there, calls them inspectors. Now are you going to argue with your wonderful UN???

This is complete BS. The US not only contributes the most money to the UN it also supplies the most manpower and equipment.
The two statements aren't contradictory. The US IS quite behind on its dues, and has been for probably a decade or more. There was $900 million paid late in '99, but that didn't cover America's debt (but did stop America from losing its vote in the General Assembly).
At the end of January 2002, members owed the UN $3.518 billion, of which the United States alone owed $1.353 billion
Now, that said, the US does have the largest amount billed to it. But maybe that's the cost of having a permanent seat on the Security Council and other key places. Permanent veto rights should be costly.

Wombat,

"The CIA is convinced" whew, thank god someone believes EVERYTHING the CIA says.
The faclon deal with China is mostly based on Israeli tech.
Israel is also angering China by giving Taiwan full control of the Ofek spying satellite when it's over their region.

sophisticated airborne radar that employs super-secret technology that has been entrusted to Israel for another multibillion dollar joint project-production in Israel of the Arrow missile defense program which also has been funded largely by the United States.
Whow SOFISTICATED SUPER-SECRET !!!
I personally know some people who develop Radars for top-secret projects here. THEY develop it, not Americans.

There are too many things you DON'T know about the Lavi and other Israeli projects because most of the stuff being published could almost be treated as propaganda. 'The flight of the Lavi' in nothing more than half truths and educated gueesses masked as facts. As a soldier, I was denied some info about stuff I've been using. Stuff I tried to find on the net and came with nothing except for bad quality pictures and educated guesses about what it's 'supposed to be doing'.

About Jane's, the biochamical site at Ness-Tziona just came out with the best antidote for Anthrax in the world, now try to re-define your "biological warfare institute" idea.

Then again, Israel is the only country with no recorded nuclear blast tests (and it's pretty hard to hide one).

Try educating yourself a bit more.

Impact,

I'm no Palestinian in disguise, BUT:

The world is now accusing Israel of doing to the Palestinians what the Nazis did to us. Give me a break.

When the surrounding Arab nations launched a combined attack on Israel in Yom Kipur, the world sat and watched. Nice show eh ?
But once Israel started pushing back and the race to Cairo and Damascus started, Russia suddenly threatened to put their full force intot he ME to stop Israel unless anything was done.
What happend ? The USA ordered Israel to stop at once.
VERY nice...

So in fact, we survived the Nazis only because Europe survived them. And now that Europe thinks it's safe, they're feeding us tot he Arabs (who joined forces with the Nazis).
If this is the case, once war starts in Europe once again, I'll be here watching tv and not giving a damn.
