Well I'm assuming they're standing/sitting on anti-static mats, but even so, I'd prefer to see some proper anti-static precautions taken when handling sensitive electronics.
Its been nearly 10 years since I last worked close to an electronics production line, but IIRC anti-static wristraps were pretty much mandatory even with static mats on that line.
Around here we usually prefer the anklets over the wrist straps. If you have anti-static flooring, then this thing works like a wrist strap, but goes around your ankle, and has a conductive pad on your heel. That way your grounding moves with you.
Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.
