Dunno about that.
None of my parents, grandparents or great grand parents that avoided accidental death lived less than 90 years.
My paternal grandfather died of a heart attack at 104 while mowing the lawn (MANUAL mower, not powered). Unfortunately for him he had a date that night with a spritely 60 year old wench

never really thought much of the BMI,
I consider myself to fat if I float in fresh water.(low body density)
A few years back in my more active years I would sink in salt water(which has a higher density than fresh water)...
now I float. but still sink in fresh water
(so I am a bit porky but my fat levels are not too bad)
side by side of somebody of the same (apparent)build I am usualy at least 7kg heavier...but I do have a gutComment
